BECOME A POWER-USER 🏆 Maximize the full potential of WhatConverts! Learn How
WhatConverts isn't just a product—it's a team. And without that team, we know we'd be nowhere.
That's why each month, we recognize one team member who's gone above and beyond in their role, and we share a little bit about who they are and what makes them so integral to WhatConverts. (They also get a bit of free swag from our merch store!)
This month, our spotlight employee is Kirk Bowman, Technical Support Engineer.
How did you first get into the SaaS or tech industry, or what led you to WhatConverts?
I used to be a front-end developer at my old job at a SaaS-based company, developing cloud-based software for manufacturing. What led me to WhatConverts was I wanted something where I could be customer-facing and help with their needs while still maintaining a technical role.
Is there something unique about working on our team that you find exciting?
Helping our awesome customers and working with a team of like-minded and driven individuals on a daily basis makes me push myself harder to keep striving to provide the best support for our customers.
This could be a specific individual contribution, a customer success story, or a team accomplishment.
We landed a big ICP customer in 2023 who had a 250+ step internal call tree setup and wanted to migrate it over to WhatConverts. (It would have been a deal breaker for them if we couldn’t.) They trusted me with their product, gave me what they wanted over email, and I built it for them utilizing our Call Flows feature. They were pleased with the new Call Flow and use it to this day.
