A Webhook allows you to be notified in real-time when a new lead comes into your account.

Setting up Webhooks

1In your WhatConverts Dashboard, go to the "Integrations" menu and select "Webhooks" from the menu.

2Click on "Add Webhook".
3In the new dialog box, add your "Webhook URL" and select the Lead Types and Trigger Type for the Webhook.
4Click "Add". You can add up to 5 Webhooks that will trigger at one time.

New Lead

When a new lead comes into your account we will send a single POST request as JSON to your Webhook URL. Each POST request will have these common variables.

Update Lead

When a lead is updated in your account, we will send a single POST request as JSON to your Webhook URL. Each POST request will have these common variables along with the values that have been updated and any additional values based on the lead type.
